About the Author

Cindy M. White is a lifelong businesswoman in the fields of property management, design, healing and writing.  Retiring from 30 years in private practice as a massage therapist in Santa Barbara, CA, she became a mother at the age of 53.  Cindy owns and manages long and short-term rentals in San Luis Obispo, CA, and Park City, UT.  She is an avid writer with the Publishing Company, GAMESHIFTPRESS.COM, that provides a platform to showcase 

and sell her work.

Cindy  graduated from The Institute For Educational Therapy in Berkeley, California, in 1989, and obtained her License in Massage Therapy, and Movement Therapy.  She received her Clinical Hypnotherapist Certification from Heartwood Institute in 1992.

Cindy enjoys a variety of activities including yoga, snow skiing, interior and landscape design, and last but not least, raising her darling  amazing little girl, Rachel Dellrose.

Cindy has an exuberance for life and a contagious smile. She brings her loving spirit to be of service in many ways.  Her mission in life is to inspire others towards their greatest fulfillment, to enjoy a life of personal joy, love and fulfillment, and to raise her wonderful little daughter, Rachel Dellrose.
